Heart Health!

• Senior Exercise Class – Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:30 – 10:15 AM

Come join us! We have started a new workout!

• 90 Day Challenge – Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays – 8:05 – 9:00 AM – Start the New Year with a healthier attitude. Meet us in the morning for a workout and strength training session. Receive healthy eating tips and monitor your progress!

• Healthy Cooking – February 21st 5:30 pm Mary Dinn Reynolds Hall

• Heart Healthy Valentine’s Day – Come by the Wesley Nurse Office on

February 14th from 11:00 – 1:00 pm for a Blood Pressure check and be entered in a drawing for Go Red! Prizes. Snacks will be provided!

The Wesley Nurse Office will be closed on the following days in February, 2008:

Feb. 4th and Feb 25th

Please call to make an appointment to visit with the WN to have your blood

pressure or blood sugar screened,

review your recent lab results or medications, receive information on a new

or existing diagnosis or diet information.
